The Schools and Libraries Division announced Sept. 28 that it was distributing another $385.5 million worth of Year 4 funding commitments. That brings the total committed so far to more than $1.5 billion, or close to two-thirds of the $2.25 billion that the SLD is authorized to disburse in a year.
There was no change in the approved threshold for internal connections projects; it remains at 90 percent. Internal connections applicants with discount rates between 85 and 89 percent must await further word on their requests.
