Voicemail will be conditionally eligible in the internal connections category, according to staff of the Schools and Libraries Division’s state leader training session on Sept. 25. Voicemail would be eligible as a component of a PBX. However, at the training session being held in Northern Virginia, SLD staff cited end-user answering machines as an example of what would not be eligible. A draft of the revised Eligible Services List may be made available as early as Friday, Sept. 26.
