The SLD may be taking to heart the FCC’s policy change that applicants should be given every reasonable chance to get their applications approved. In the latest 2006 funding wave the SLD committed $39,670,823.92 and did not deny any application.
To date the SLD has committed $323,562,383 and has $3,174,369,543 pending.
