SLD Provides Further Guidance on Bishop Perry FCC Order

On May 22nd the FCC released an appeal Order consolidating 196 appeals that covered specific issues relating to “…certain clerical or ministerial errors in the application, i.e., a failure to timely file an FCC Form 471, a failure to timely file a certification related to an FCC Form 470, or a failure to comply with minimum processing standards.” The SLD has posted a list of the affected applicants to their website and are currently in the process of contacting those applicants for further information.

The SLD will be providing further guidance on those applicants that were not included in this list, but will receive relief under this Order.
