The FCC has approved USAC’s recommendation to set the discount threshold for Priority Two requests at 83% for Funding Year 2007.USAC may now review and approve requests for Priority Two services at discount rates between 83% and 90%. To date, USAC has issued Funding Year 2007 Priority Two funding commitments at the 90% discount rate.
