FCC Sends Notice of Debarment to Scott A. Federowicz

On September 24 the FCC Enforcement Bureau notified Mr. Federowicz that he would be debarred from the participating in the E-rate program for the next three years.  Mr. Federowicz was convicted on felony charges stemming from his fraudulent scheme to defraud the Universal Service fund out of $452,203.
