USAC issued the fifteenth wave for FY 2010 on August 31, 2010. Funding wave 015 included commitments for both Priority One and Priority Two with a total commitment amount of $26.6 million and denials of $3.7 million. This funding wave included 428 applicants averaging $62,266.54 per applicant in funding commitments and 414 service providers averaging $64,372.18 per funding request.
Including this wave, USAC has approved over $1.16 billion in E-rate funding commitments for FY10.
