FCC Issues E-rate Debarment

On February 8, 2013, the Federal Communications Commission notified Denisa Babcock of her three year debarment from participating in any E-rate related activity. The debarment stems from Babcock’s May 2011 plea deal with the U.S. Department of Justice, in which she pled guilty to “converting more than $1,000,000 from various school districts for… personal use from November 2005 through December 2009.”
