It’s that time of year again! All funding requests for non-recurring services approved on or after March 1 of each funding year are granted an automatic extension of the service delivery deadline. As of March 1, 2013, there are 942 applicants with pending Internal Connections applications at the 90% level for FY 2012, totaling $779.7 million. When these applicants receive funding commitments, they will receive an automatic extension of the service delivery deadline to September 30, 2014.
As of February 28, 2013, 1,275 applicants who requested internal connections for FY2012 had already received FCDLs, making their installation deadline, September 30, 2013.
