USAC Issues First FY2013 Funding Waves

On May 29, 2013, USAC released the first to funding waves of Funding Year 2013, totaling $138 million in Priority One commitments. Commitments were issued to 9,383 applicants and 1,891 service providers in the first wave, and the average committed amount per applicant was $13,876.36. There were 284 applicants and 232 service providers that received commitments in the second wave, with an average committed amount per applicant of $28,771.83.
