On December 19, 2013 the FCC issued a Public Notice extending the Form 471 instructions comment deadline to January 2, 2014. On December 18, 2013, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved the revised Form 470 and Form 471, however, the FCC extended the deadline date another 14 days due to a clerical error; the revised Form 471 instructions were not posted to OMB’s website for the full 30-day comment period.
