Today is the last date that E-rate applicants can post a FY2014 Form 470. In order to be compliant with the competitive bidding rules, applicants need to be able to post a Form 470 for at least 28 days and because the deadline for the FY2014 Form 471 submission is March 26, 2014, the last date for applicants to post a valid Form 470 is February 26, 2014. If applicants intend to release an RFP along with the Form 470, that must also be released today in order to satisfy the E-rate procurement regulations.
