USAC has recently filled two key positions with individuals who have a background in broadband services. David Salway was named a director of the Schools and Libraries Division from the State of New York’s Broadband For All program. Jessica Zufolo is now Senior Advisor to the CEO at USAC, coming with experience in broadband services with the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) and the USDA.

We consult with applicants to help them understand, effectively utilize, and maintain compliance with E-rate rules and regulations. We help prepare and submit paperwork, and interact with program administrators on our clients’ behalf.
