FCC Seeks Nominations for USAC Board

On September 12, 2016, the FCC announced they are seeking nominations for six Board Member Positions on the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) Board of Directors.  USAC is the designated vehicle of distribution of the federal Universal Service Fund (USF) by the FCC. It is governed by a board of directors representing a variety of stakeholders who possess a high degree of familiarity in various telecommunications issues.  The Board Member positions are for a three year term.

The current representative for schools on the Board is held by Dr. Daniel A. Domenech, Executive Director, American Association of School Administrators).

Nominations are due by October 21, 2016 and further information can be viewed here.
