On March 26, 2021, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) submitted their annual estimate of demand letter for Funding Year 2021. USAC estimated a total demand of $3.03 billion, with $1.69 billion for Category One services and $1.34 billion for Category Two. The demand estimate notes that the figures are based on “in-window” applications only, and that the applications have not yet been reviewed and may contain duplicates.
