On July 9, 2021, USAC invited E-rate program participants to submit their ideas and feedback for improving and/or enhancing user experience of E-rate information systems to help continue to improve the E-rate program.
The USAC news brief indicated that USAC may reach out to respondents for additional information about submitted suggestions. However, you may notify USAC through email, privacy@usac.org, if you do not wish to be contacted.
Additionally, the news brief points out that external users may have the opportunity to test changes to forms or tools and provide feedback before the final version is completed. If you are willing to volunteer to be part of a demonstration and feedback session for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), you must check the box at the bottom of the form and USAC will contact you at the email address provided, if a UAT opportunity arises
