USAC Extends Customer Support Center Hours

On August 10, 2021, USAC announced that Applicants and Service providers can reach out to the Emergency Connectivity Fund Customer Support Center (CSC) with ECF related questions at (800) 234-9781. In their Emergency Connectivity Fund Program Newsletter, USAC mentioned that the Extended hours will be available on:

  • Wednesday, August 11, 2021: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
  • Thursday, August 12, 2021: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
  • Friday, August 13, 2021: 8 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m. ET
