On November 17, 2021, USAC announced that the E-rate program legacy systems and E-File will be unavailable from 9:00pm EST on Friday, November 19th through 12:00pm EST on Saturday, November 20th for system maintenance. Users will be unable to file invoices and use some of the search tools. The BEAR training site will be unavailable as well. The EPC portal will be unaffected during the planned system maintenance. The SLD has apologized for the inconvenience caused.
