At the halfway mark for the Funding Year 2023 application filing window applicants nationwide had certified 8,542 Forms 471, more than 17% more certifications than in the past two Funding Years.
Following a similar pattern of early Form 470 filings, FY2023 saw a 15.5% increase in Form 471 certifications over the same time period in FY2022.
