In USAC’s November E-rate News Brief, E-rate applicants were notified that they now have the option to cancel a previously certified FCC Form 470. E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) users who have full rights may cancel a Form 470 so long as that 470 has not been listed on a funding request contained in a certified FCC Form 471. Although Forms 470 may be canceled, they still remain publicly viewable with the form status indicating ‘Canceled.’
