On March 19, 2024, the FCC Wireline Competition Bureau notified USAC that their E-rate FY2024 Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) Review Procedures have been approved. The letter noted, “…the Wireline Competition Bureau approves the Schools and Libraries Funding Year 2024 Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) FCC Form 471 Review Procedures, subject to any further modifications and/or instruction from the Commission.”
This action is one step toward USAC being able to issue funding decisions for FY2024 Form 471 funding applications certified during the filing window, which closed on March 27.
